“ Always great to come back to this restaurant. This is the friendliest service you’ll get around Putney and one of the friendliest in London, they always have a smile on their face and enjoy what they do. Their brunch is absolutely delicious and they do their best to give you a good space if you come young children. On this visit I had the North Indian baked eggs and they were spicy (had some heat) and delicious! ”

We arrived just after lunch service had ended, but Craig was kind enough to let us in anyway, which we really appreciated. Alexis took care of us and was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and a great chat throughout. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the atmosphere and the service this well. “ This is simply an incredible restaurant. I’ve been here a number of times now - firstly to celebrate my dad’s birthday, where they brought out a drink on the house and decorated his dessert plate with ‘happy birthday Ian’ - even though I never told the place his name! My wife and I have visited on a number of occasions since, and the food and service is always exceptional. We decided to have our wedding lunch here with 25 of us in total, and once again the guys at Home went absolutely above and beyond. Craig, Alex and the rest of the team are brilliant at what they do. Cannot recommend highly enough! ”
“ I went for a birthday dinner with my family on 8th May 2025. The food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the cauliflower croquettes, the shrimp burger and the smoked mash. Wow! They were also kind enough to comp us a beer and some sweet treats for my birthday. Our waiter was a nice chap but he forgot our order twice (the drinks and the request for sauces) and was quite slow. ”

“ I was at a wedding at this venue last night and thought that the Home team were just so amazing I felt compelled to write an over the top glowing review which, actually , the 100% deserve. Craig and his team just got it right. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and were just the right level of ‘present’. Couldn’t fault them. They maintained this excellent standard from arriving in the afternoon till the close of play late in the evening. And the food............... This was a conversation piece. It was fresh, full of complimentary flavours, dynamic and crowd pleasing. Its really hard to cater to that number of people and still serve something so damn scrumptious. Boringly, I suffer food allergies – so normally what I get at weddings is pretty rubbish. Or a last minute afterthought and I had braced myself for another poor experience. What I got was bespoke nibbles for the drinks reception, specially tailored starter and main (divine): right down to a special mini prawn burger when it came to end of evening pick me ups. The chef was totally on it and I absolutely appreciated it. The team on the floor were totally ‘on it’ as well and super helpful with what I could and couldn’t have. It wasn’t my wedding but I felt really special and well looked after. So if you are looking a nice stylish venue with a great front and back of house team – check this place out. ”
“ We’ve been here many times over the years and it’s always been top notch. Last weekend we had our wedding reception there and the food, service, ambience was all perfect. Craig was amazing leading up to the big day with the communication and suggestions, and the whole team was so lovely. We had drinks on the terrace then moved up to the mezzanine for canapes and dinner. The food was plentiful and the guests raved about every single dish. Thank you so much for making our big day feel so special ”
“ Amazing restaurant and even more amazing team and service! We went a party of 3 for my birthday brunch and I was warmly welcomed with a celebratory drink which was super nice ! We ordered 3 mains (eggs Benedict, two Turkish eggs) and a steak tartare to share. all the dishes were presented amazing and also the taste was very balanced and amazing flavours. We were also treated to some welcomed cheese croquettes which were extremely fresh and crispy and not oily at all as most croquettes are. For dessert they surprised us with some super tasty bites and the brownie we ordered was so fresh and fluffy it was unreal. All that to be topped up with the really friendly, smiley and experienced team we were welcomed and assisted. Good thing I live 3 minutes from the place as I just found my new home!! Highly suggested!!! ”
